Director Marketing


Responsibilities:

- looking for a strong leader and visionary who can take the organization to the next level of growth and Global expansion.

- P&L Management, Budgeting and planning shall be an integral part of the portfolio.

- The incumbent shall be responsible for Planning and Managing the annual marketing strategy to deliver on key brand KPIs

- Responsibilities will include enhancing the brand identity and positioning it internationally.

- Shall be involved in planning and managing all content creation and development

- Shall lead the digital and social media strategy and planning

- The incumbent will also leading Sales, Business Development and Lead Generation.

- Shall be organizing various Online / Events- Webinars - HR Tech Events - to enhance the brand image.

- Will also be required to secure compliance to branding guidelines and global initiatives.

- Working on tracking and reporting of market trends including competitor activities.

- Providing direction, motivation & training to the marketing team for ensuring optimum performance for all the departments.

Impact and Contribution of the role: Direct impact to the revenue, growth and scalability of the organization.

Team shall be :

- Content Development Head - Whitepapers

- Digital Head - SEO, SEM, Email Marketing

- Product Marketing, Google Marketing

- Sales and BD Head - Lead Generation

- Head - In-house Design team

Reporting: Shall be reporting in to the CEO.

Desired Qualifications / Experience:

- 15+ years of experience.

- Should have graduated from a premiere institute.

- Should have experience in taking the organization to the Global level.

- Strong expertise in the B2B market segment.

- Shall be working towards the brand identity, positioning, content, media buying and overseeing all brand communication.

- Should be strong on digital marketing.

- Should be able to enhance online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics

- Shall provide direction, motivation & training to the marketing team for ensuring optimum performance for all the departments.

- Should come with strong stakeholder management skills to ensure smooth and effective functionality.

- Should be a strong people manager and give vision and growth to the team.

- Should have been instrumental in hiring and recruiting the right set of talent.
