Objective:

This role will focus on ensuring effective marketing campaigns that drive enough leads through the marketing funnel (from new names to qualified leads to new opportunities) to meet revenue of the sales teams. To be successful, one must be a revenue-centric marketing professional and performance-focused people manager with experience in inbound and outbound marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Work with sales to develop strategy to identify high value opportunities for our software development and digital transformation services across Europe and the US across key industries

- In collaboration with the sales teams, build account plans on named accounts (clients and prospects) and initiate contact with key decision-makers at target companies.

- Create, implement and manage GDPR-compliant B2B marketing campaigns driving demand generation required to support the organization's sales and revenue goals

- Working in close collaboration with other teams within Marketing (Creative, Events, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media, Marketing Operations) to build cross-functional cohesion. working with Alliances/Partnership team to expand reach

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (subject matter experts, account managers) to design and implement effective campaigns, including email campaigns, webinars, events, conferences and display ads

- Apply data-driven lens evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives

- Use market insights developing effective narrative and positioning

- Create and analyze effective digital campaigns

- Provide insight on new markets and opportunities

- Monthly metrics and reporting on leads, revenue pipeline from leads, relationships built

What you bring to the table :

- 8+ years relevant work experience

- Experience creating and implementing new B2B marketing campaigns, including email direct mail, marketing automation platforms, digital targeting and business intelligence tools, webinars, events, and conferences in the current GDPR environment

- Solid understanding of marketing and consumer behavior principles. Well-versed in digital marketing trends and best practices, and an ability to assess and evaluate marketing technology capabilities.

- Strong organizational, time management skills and attention to detail. Must be able to work independently under tight deadlines, set priorities, and solve problems

- Analytical mindset

- Comfortable with being hands-on and wearing multiple hats.

- Exceptional oral and written communication

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in marketing, business or communications (Masters a plus)

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing in B2B tech services or SaaS company

- Minimum of 3-5 years- accountability for leads/pipeline goals

- Strong collaborator and ability to be hands-on and get things done in a matrixed organizational structure

- Highly skilled at critical decision-making; ability to evaluate business issues and resolve problems

- Have a deep understanding of and experience in creating buyer and influencer need, the buyer- s journey and targeting

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills required

- Ability to drive consensus among stakeholders with conflicting requirements and motivations

- A self-motivated leader who is driven to set aggressive objectives and meet them
