Position Description:
- Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing strategy and plan to increase brand awareness.
- Identify and plan impactful marketing strategies/materials with more emphasis on Digital Marketing.
- Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team.
- Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads.
- Collaborate with market researchers and analysts to gather customer insights.
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives and marketing budget.
- Monitor all marketing campaigns and improvise where necessary.
- Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
- Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies.
- Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications :
The ideal individual for this opportunity brings the following to the table:
- Overall 15+ years of experience with at 3+ years in leadership role.
- Experience in driving Global marketing strategy for Enterprise Product companies, experience in SaaS product company will be an advantage.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant field.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- In depth knowledge of market research.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
