About our Client: Our client is a leading provider of cloud based solutions to SMB's with a strong Global presence and an ever-increasing India footprint. They own some of the world's largest hosting companies and has been able to cement itself as an innovative family of brands that are market leaders within their categories. They are looking for a young, dynamic Director for Marketing to fuel and sustain that growth across the region.

Job Description - Reporting to the Managing Director of Asia Pacific, as the incumbent:

- You will be an integral part of the India management team and will provide strategic insights to the business managing large multi-million dollar marketing budgets across Traditional and Digital media and will be responsible for driving brand strategy for company's end customer brands

- You will lead a team of associates and managers across disciplines such as SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, PR, Events, Brand Marketing and Affiliate Marketing and will define KPIs for your teams and work closely towards executing large scale marketing campaigns

- You will be responsible to acquire customers in the most cost effective manner and will continuously balance CPA, LTV, and ROI targets across various campaigns to deliver the most optimized outcomes

- You will introduce best practices in the media plan across disciplines such as ad-exchange media buying, Google/Adroll/SKU-based re marketing, and other emerging trends in digital advertising

- You will build and track conversion funnels for the websites using internally developed dashboards as well as 3rd party tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely, and more.

- You will build and execute content strategies for blogs, social media channels, video networks, newsletters, emails and other engagement channels

- You will drive brand marketing across channels such as Television, Print, Radio , Events and more with the aim of ensuring that your brands are amongst the top 2 in their category

- You will work closely with multiple external partners and agencies towards realizing Company's India marketing goals and you will be the voice of marketing for India at Company HQ and will represent your brands in global marketing summits

The Successful Candidate:

- You have previously led a marketing function at an Internet company, or been in a senior role at a media company and have built and executed major campaigns from the ground up.

- You have an MBA from a top tier B-school and an engineering degree (preferred) with approx 10 years of experience and have honed your skills across marketing functions.

- You understand web technologies in depth and have previously managed large multi- functional teams and have a great ability to motivate and drive your colleagues besides being hands on and entrepreneurial.

- You have managed large multi-million dollar marketing budgets and have exhibited a keen knack to allocate marketing dollars effectively across channels.

- You are highly numerate and believe in measuring and analyzing everything besides being passionate about building a brand in the consumer web space. You hold active Google Adwords certifications (preferred).
