1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organization objectives to enhance brand visibility.
2. Offline Marketing Expertise: Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns, including print, radio, TV, billboards, and events to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
3. Digital Marketing Management: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including socio-media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing to drive online visibility and lead generation.
4. Brand Building: Develop and manage a cohesive brand identity and messaging strategics across all marketing channels to ensure consistent brand representation.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on both offline and digital marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector or any other relevant sector
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the Indian manufacturing industry and its target audience is a plus.
