- Positioning and Differentiating. Pre schools so far are a rather commodity item, we want to change that and stand for something in the mind of our consumer. We do not want to be everything for everyone, but polarise our market and have a cult following. Basically, we want someone to create a world class preschool brand.
Market Intelligence :
- To be the expert on our clientele, their buying criteria and how to crush the opposition or be an expert and understanding different clients and their needs.
Marketing & Media Planning :
- Develop savvy marketing plans & manage the cross functional implementation to drive demand.
Sales :
- Spearheading sales, building and driving processes that make our organisation a sales machine
Communications :
- Leading the internal and external communication of be it PR or be it setting the tone of the company.
