- Lead and manage lead-generation campaigns that drive measurable results, including email, webinar, social media, case studies, customer references, and events
- Develop a comprehensive Lead generation program working closely key stake holders to coordinate go-to-market strategy and execution campaigns to ensure pipeline and revenue goals are met
- Lead overall messaging, development, production and distribution of corporate content, including web pages, blog posts, case studies, white-papers, and other materials as needed etc.
- Review, evaluate, and prioritize current and proposed marketing enhancements against business and customer needs.
- Manage Comprehensive account based marketing program across named accounts
- Manage, Coach, and Mentor team members, maintain budget and develop tracking mechanisms.
- Creating thought leadership content and influencer engagement strategies
- Communicate report and share key programs and results on a consistent basis.
Desired Profile :
- 10-12 years of professional work experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role in IT Services/software company
- Strong communication skills with proven experience leading marketing teams
- Extensive experience with digital marketing including SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing and Account Based Marketing etc.Highly-knowledgeable on all aspects of offering, segment, partner and account-based marketing
- Strong analytical abilities combined with experience forecasting and managing budgets against aggressive ROI/KPI goals
- Passion for turning quantitative and qualitative data insights into actionable marketing recommendations with a demonstrated history of developing marketing programs that have a positive direct impact to revenue
- Outstanding organization, planning, and problem-solving critical thinking skills
-Ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines, both within and outside
- Strong influencing and consensus-building skills.
