About the Role

In this Head of Marketing role you will handle acquisition for CoinSwitch on digital marketing channels, unlock new channels for growth and optimise channels for better CAC.Develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels including native advertising, social media advertising, Performance Marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), affiliate marketing and search engine optimisation (SEO).

What You will do

- You will leading the entire gamut of marketing at coinswitch.

- Under your guided leadership the team will be planning and executing the entire Digital Marketing Strategy.

- This includes SEM, Marketing Database, Email, SEO , Social media , Display , Search Adverting so and so forth.

- End to End Go Market Strategy, take up new initiative and figure out what's working and what is not working.

- Own the business end to end, till the time customer is converted .

- Will Lead demand , acquisition through Marketing strategies across ATL/BTL and Digital , Media planning , google , affiliates and funnel optimization

- You will be working closely with business team, strategy and new initiatives for a smooth function of the Digital Properties of Coinswitch

- Color bate with agencies, external vendor support for driving successful growth campaigns. You will be a highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and implementing digital campaigns

- You will be tracking all the Growth Metrics , which shall include App Install, New Users, Retention, Engagement, all Social Media platforms , CRM, feedbacks etc .

- Your decision will be Data Driven

What you Should Have -

- 10+ years of Marketing experience requires in B2C companies

- Should have worked on google, affiliates, funnel optimisation.

- A degree in Marketing or related field

- Proven track record in digital marketing

- Experience in working on different marketing platforms.

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and implementing digital campaigns

- Solid knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics)

Success Parameters in this role

- Creative: Think out of the box; Create unique campaigns that touch an emotional cord with the customers

- Analytical: Hands on in experimenting, A/B Testing, setting goals & measuring metrics to determine failure or success of tests; Evaluate and analyse data and translate it to actionable campaigns

- Self- driven: Get things done

- Collaboration: Ability to inspire and motivate stakeholders to plan, execute ideas and initiatives
