The outcomes that would need to be driven would be marketing generated leads and pipeline acceleration of ~ US$ 10 mn of annualized Monthly recurring order book which would translate to an Annual recurring Order Book of $ US 120 mn. The role would need to work across all the routes to market within the India region. The role will have to drive customer journeys through marketing, multi-segment marketing campaigns and customer engagement in India, driving direct pipeline growth and underpinning Segment revenues and profitability.
- Meeting annual sales objectives
- Help develop new sales channels and entry into new market plays
- Marketing; reporting to the Global Head of Marketing
Demand generation
- Specific demand generation targets for the region - both sourced and influenced demand
- Marketing plan for the region in combination with the sales strategies
- $ 10 mn of sourced and influenced business (changes year to year)
- Regional Head of Marketing - India
Market activation
- Revenue generation, opportunities created, revenue per opportunity- Improve win ratio for large bids
- Increase PPR (boost cross-sell / up-sell opportunities)
- New Logos through partners/growth channels
- Responsible for ensuring that marketing activation supports both the short term quarterly revenue goals of the business and also the medium term strategic goals to develop higher value deals and to support sales in building senior executive relationships via programs such as Account Based Marketing, top customer program, and segmentation
