Position: Director Marketing (Consumer Products)

Responsibilities:
- Brand- Create and implement brand strategies to build awareness and loyalty of ALT. Build the social media footprint, engagement, and perception of the ALT brand and individual shows.
- Drive the PR and Communications agenda to build the corporate and consumer brand. Own and maintain ORM process.
- Digital Marketing- Drive user growth and retention. Identify new channels of user growth and optimise ROI across channels & conversions.
- Work closely with teams across Google, Facebook, Networks & Affiliates for programmatic & other traffic across search, display & video while identifying fraud & IVT. Oversee funnel management & conversions with an appropriate mix of in-house and agency resources to maximize presence and ROI across all digital marketing channels.
- CRM- Increase customer engagement & retention through a mix of own channels- Email, SMS, Notifications and paid channels (Remarketing),
- Drive increased usage of the platform- active users and watch time/active user, improve conversion rates - free trials to paid users
- Content- Analysis for shows in pipeline and identifying gaps thereof. Build correlations and prediction with analytics using internal & external deep data. Positioning briefs with gender, demographic and sociographic cuts for each show from pre-launch, launch to scale-up. Develop all creative assets needed for campaigns across all channels - ATL, BTL, Digital, and CRM. Rights management for audio, video and respective geography.
- Talent Management- Identify & Handhold key talent from pre-signup, launch, and post-launch for PR, creative (offline, social & online) assets and liaison with talent management firms and production houses.
