Requirement - Full time MBA from a Premier Institute (Tier I/II)
PURPOSE - Develop and execute brand strategies and execute brand plans; responsible for creatives, media buying and digital marketing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Experience :
- Develop and implement marketing programs to build the WOIL brand across all touch points
- Develop programs to drive Digital influence
- Develop Shopper communication to deliver excellence in last three feet
- Build effective Corporate Brand and Employer Brand across Corporate initiatives
- Leads Creative Design and Brand experience. Serves as custodian of WOIL brand .
Media Buying :
- Lead Media buying to ensure optimal Marketing ROI
- Develop strategic partnerships to help WOIL leverage scale
- Oversee digital marketing strategy to optimize campaigns across all digital channels
Key Metrics
- Brand Equity Metrics
- Marketing ROI
- Digital Influence KPIs
- Collaborate with Marketing Agencies and External Vendors
Internal - Category Marketing, Retail Execution: Drive Shopper messaging, new Product launches, Innovations, execution excellence.
- Sales, E-Commerce Teams: Programs to support business results.
- Collaborate across business units with key stakeholders to drive Corporate and
Employer Brand :
- Coordinate with New Business Unit for new categories, exports
- Global, Regional Marketing Teams
