We, Empyrean Partners, one of India’s leading search and selection firm, are looking for a Director MARCOM Position for a leading chain of Hotels.

Job Description

- Assist in implementing the long-term brand strategy and execute marketing and communication plans in line with the same.

- Drive innovative marketing/ promotional initiatives to enhance overall organization visibility and branding in line with long-term business strategy

- Develop appropriate Digital/ Social media mix aligning brand positioning, communications for different Enterprise Segments.

- Manage public relations activities with the key stakeholders across business, trade and social media.

- Implement effective communications and media strategies that successfully deliver information and key messages to all stakeholders.

-Develop and execute a rolling 12 month marketing and promotional calendar to drive traffic, sales and engage the target customer with the brand.

- Assist in developing and monitoring annual marketing budget

Desired Profile.

- 8+yrs years of experience in Marketing & Corporate Communication.
