- Lead the full marketing strategy and have accountability over development, execution, and optimization across all channels including paid and organic search, email, social, events, and affiliate marketing.
- Refine the ideal mix of messaging and channels to generate corporate demand for our brand
and engage/activate our participants.
- Lead a cross-functional team to deeply understand all meaningful metrics and data around the business, identifying existing challenges as well as new opportunities for experimentation.
- Manage the end to end development of creative campaigns for both demand generation and brand building initiatives
- Provide regular updates to Leadership on status of campaigns and success measures
- Collaborate with leadership team and key stakeholders to develop appropriate campaigns to drive business goals
- Develop and execute on social media, content and communication strategies to further our brand development and community engagement.
- Identify, forge, and grow strategic marketing partnerships.
- Build a highly efficient and capable team of marketing professionals.
- Define the competitive marketplace and evolve our brand awareness through strategy development and brand building tactics.
- Lead research and development into new marketing tactics and strategies while improving current systems.
- Establish key metrics
