Position Name - Director of Marketing

Experience Range - 10 - 15 years
Mandatory Requirement:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate, product and lead Generation Marketing
- Experience of managing several projects simultaneously on complex topics
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute product marketing strategies.
- Develop marketing plans to support new and existing products. Ensure consistence of messages across channels and monitor lead gen, client acquisition, market awareness and stakeholders.
- (users, clients, merchants) satisfaction through NPS or other tools
- Facilitate customer and market research, methodology and integrate findings in communication messages and marketing supports of findings.
- Define and execute product's go-to-market plan.
- Manage inbound Marketing and lead Generation.
- Generate and increase leads to identify potential opportunities by building inbound and outbound strategy.
- Execute omnichannel lead Generation strategies, monitor efficiency by channel and sales targets in coordination with Business Development teams.
- Manage and optimize overall Marketing and communication budget.
- Develop a reliable and cost-efficient network of agencies and partners.
- Ensure ROI on inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
- Optimize omnichannel mix to ensure optimal coverage within budget constraints.
- Promote and develop marketing and communication:
- Responsible for developing and executing the overall online and offline communication and brand awareness.
- Review and refine the analysis of the performance of promotions and events campaign Define and implement local press relation strategy and crisis communication.
- Maintain and enhance all product-related information.
- Design and produce all sales related materials, including but not limited to presentations, advertisements, and social media posts.
- Manage Marketing team and responsible for recruitment, performance appraisal, objective settings,
Qualification and Experience: Master's degree (MBA, Mass Communication) or higher
