Director - Marketing Analytics - Banking (Only Female candidates apply)
Core Responsibilities :
- Stakeholder Management: Interact regularly with US Consumer seniors across functions to understand critical business problems
- Drive Scrum teams: Manage and influence cross-functional teams (Product, DM, Risk, technology) to drive US Consumer analytical priorities
- Drive Analytical Solutions: Conceptualize, design and deliver analytical solutions.
Engagement Complexity :
- Act like an Internal Consultant to Design, develop and deploy analytical solutions
- Collaborate and drive initiatives through with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, Risk Management, Operations, Technology etc
- Subject matter expertise in driving complex analytical initiatives across both marketing and risk domains
- Provide regular updates to US Consumer Senior management to ensure alignment with priorities and focus areas
Work Mix and criticality :
- Advanced Analytics to establish the data-driven decision engine in US Consumer business
- Develop new capability in Next Gen areas to support the forward compatibility charter for the business and drive business growth;
- Masters degree or equivalent
Experience :
- 18+ years of experience in Analytics functions with 7+ years with Business Consulting experience
- Exposure to the consumer financial industry mandatory
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive analytical initiatives
- Functional expertise in marketing domain mandatory; digital, risk or operations analytics experience optional
- Experience applying a variety of advanced analytical tools and methods to business challenges
- Demonstrated ability to set strategy/direction and follow through on execution while maintaining high levels of quality
- Proven track record of exceeding performance expectations and delivering results
- Experience attracting top analytic talent
- Ability to manage, coach and mentor leaders and team members
