Director/Managing Director - Investment Banking

The role will be responsible for originating business and leading relationships across clients.

Responsibilities :

- To oversee deal execution across a variety of industry sectors.

- Originate business from clients clients.

Desired Profile:

- 10-15 years of experience in investment banking.

- MBA from an reputed institute.

- Experience in capital market, M&A transaction execution and investment banking experience in debt/capital market.

- Knowledge of MFIs, Financial institutions and social investment space is a plus.
