- Manage, evaluate and supervise effective and clear procedures for the operation and functioning of the Institute consistent with the philosophy, mission, values and goals of the Society.

- Ensures development, implementation and evaluation of instructional programs in line with the prescribed requirements.

- Ensures extracurricular activities, developmental programs and discipline systems to ensure a safe and orderly climate.

- Also ensures building maintenance, personnel management, and office operations.

- Ensure compliance with all laws, board policies and civil regulations.

- Encourages Faculty Development and Research activity.

- Drives the Brand Building of the Institute.
