1. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Management consulting supporting clients in the procurement space
2. Relevant experience related to procurement - strategy, cost optimization efforts, and large transformations
3. Experience leading teams of consultants, working closely together with Partners, and engaging with executive level client teams.
4. Expert communication and presentation skills. Ability to synthesize the team's work into recommendations for presentation to clients, and deliver oral and written reports to client management.
5. As director of KPS, one would be responsible for
a. Account development and New Business Development efforts - Working with global partners and principals on leveraging India's Centre of Excellence on global/domestic procurement engagements
b. Team management - Plan for organization growth, build team culture, manage performance management processes for team
