Job Title: Director - M&A Tax

Location: Mumbai

Reports to : National Leader

About Company :

We are a HR consultancy firm hiring on behalf of one of the leading Group companies in India. We are hiring senior management level people with experience in taxation consultancies, preferably in M&A tax or corporate restructuring.

Expectations:

- Must have worked in consultancy firms/investment banks at senior management level in M&A tax.

- Preferably worked in big4.

- Must have experience of Deal origination through Identification of potential clients and driving business development for buyside mandates.

- Must be experienced in the field of Corporate Restructuring and M&A.

Job Responsibilities:

- Development of strategy for expanding company's business.

- Developing long lasting relationships with potentially acquirable companies based on trust.

- Recruit and develop own team.

- Provide advisory solutions to the top management.

- Actively participating in the execution of the projects sourced.

- Provide High Quality Service to the client.
