Director - M&A & Investor Relations - IIM/XLRI/JBIMS/SIBM/FMS/MDI

Our client is in service Industry.

We are looking for a HANDS ON M&A expert who has worked with Private Equity cos/angel Investors with experience ranging between 8-12 years having initiated and completed the deals on his own.

Must be from one of the premier institutes viz IIM/XLRI/JBIMS /SIBM

1. Should be able to scout for potential buy outs with specific focus on technology and synergy with the company goals Ability to assess financial outcomes post merger.

2. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage investor relations.

3. Extremely good at Financial analysis and ability to create scenarios.

4. Work on tight deadlines

5. Excellent computer skills and willing to travel.

6 Should play a major role in post acquisition integration & hand holding
