Director - Logistics/SCM - Delivery Ops - IIM

Job Profile:

- Mandate – Create world class Delivery operations capability for the organisation

- Spearhead Delivery operations

- Define track and improve on key metrics pertaining to the organisation.

- Build a culture of ownership and empowerment.

- Accountable for Delivery Centers and related asset management.

- Accountable for Planning, Design,Operationalize New Delivery networks with the help of central teams

- Drive continuous improvement and Operationalize Business process Innovation.

- Work closely with Fulfillment and Retail Operations teams in reviewing and optimization of distribution network.

- Work with External Logistics experts to implement global Delivery/logistics initiatives within the organisation.

- Work closely with other Business Units for strategic decision making.

- Accountable for Delivery Quality assurance.

- Work closely with the team to build strong technology/System/Processes for Delivery Operations.

- Financial budgeting & execution - PNL accountability of delivery operations pan India.

- Develop, mentor and motivate the team spread across locations to achieve higher goals.

- Make growth path/strategy for Business and team.

Experience and Qualification:

- 12 to 15 years of experience

- B.E/B.Tech from premier instts like IITs or BITS-Pilani or NITs.
&/or

- MBA Degree from a premier B-School like IIMs, XLRI, ISB, SP-Jain etc.
