Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensing Director to lead our licensing efforts in India.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the media industry, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of securing high-value licensing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive licensing strategies to maximize revenue and brand exposure in the Indian market.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, licensees, and stakeholders in the media industry.
- Negotiations: Lead negotiations for licensing agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new licensing opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of licensing initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure all licensing activities comply with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in licensing preferably from media industry
