Director - Legal & Company Secretary - Tech Firm

Hiring a Director Legal & CS for their organization. Our client is a a Large Tech firm based in Gurgaon. This position needs to be closed urgently and a quick response will be appreciated

The incumbent will be responsible for all Legal & Company Secretarial work for the organization. Some litigation related to Company law will be a part of his responsibilities. Investor Relations will be an important part of his work.

To qualify for this position you should:

- Be LLB / LLM + CS

- Have 11 to 24 years of total experience.

- Have experience in Company Law, Contract, Agreements etc

- Have experience in Litigation

- Have experience in Investment, funding and similar activities

- Have experience in Investor Relations

- Have experience as a Company Secretary

- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Be currently from Delhi/NCR or nearby areas.
