Job opportunity for LLB graduates to work in one of the Big4 firms

Job Location: Mumbai, India

Position: Director:

Qualification: LLB graduate with some experience working in a Law Firm.

- Lawyer with approximately 9 years of experience preferably in a law firm with the experience of drafting and review of Shareholder / JV Agreement, Subscription Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement, Commercial Contracts etc.

- Should be able to work independently, self motivating and willing to work on tight time lines.

- Should be excellent in English (spoken and written) and in communication. Computer literacy must.

We are urgently seeking LLB grads for a Director level position with one of the Big4s in Mumbai (18-25 years of experience of:

1.Drafting and or Review of following documents from risk perspective as per the Companies Practice Manual as in force from time and interacting with the clients legal team and line functional teams and partners.

(i) Confidentiality agreement / Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

(ii) Engagement letters (including Hold Harmless letter, Release letter, Beneficiary Agreement.)

(iii) Inter-firm memos

(iv) Important notice forming part of teaser

(v) Tenders / bid documents for Government contracts, PSUs etc.

(vi) Master Service Agreements

(vii) Any other similar agreement / documents.

(viii) General Consultation

(ix) Regulatory Compliance

(x) Preparation of internal circulars and notifications

2. Co-ordination with various functional teams of the Company for risk related matter as and when necessary.
