- Experience in fund raising through Private Equity, IPO, debt syndication, corporate governance, Corporate legal, Commercial contracts, Merger & Amalgamation etc.

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Having rich experience in dealing with regulatory agencies, banks, various Courts and Government authorities

- Highest standards in ethics and professional integrity

- Pragmatically managing legal risks with excellent analytical and legal abilities

- Business development skills

- Strong analytical ability, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
