Head - Director Leasing
A Real Estate Group focuses on residential and IT infrastructure development in Pune city. The Group incorporates innovative design concepts, involves some of the world's best architects and designers, and uses state-of-the-art infrastructure to make project symbols of perfection.
Roles& Responsibilities :
- To Build and sustain key associations with Decision Makers and Influencers of Large Enterprises including Fortune 500s, Venture Capitalists, Technology organizations, etc. by understanding their office space needs, business execution and development plans.
- Develop and deploy IPC/broker strategy internally and partner with leadership and Leasing and sales teams to activate transaction strategies/pursuit plans.
- Strategize how to address prospect needs and pitch to prospective leads
- Carry out substantive business development work to secure new leads, proposals and pitches to add to the overall leasing deals done by the team.
- Ensure accurate inputs for finalization of lease agreements and completion of lease documentation for closures and renewals/expansion in respect to the Client's Retail and office space requirements.
- Build a network of Clients and Channel Partners in order to source business through both direct marketing and networking with IPCs & the local broker network.
Client Management Skills :
- Capable of pitching to and working alongside Senior Leadership.
- 10+ years of Work Experience in Retail Leasing
- Ex-IPC/Developer side preferred
- Good Negotiator
- Experienced in managing a Medium to Large team
- Brilliant Communication Skills & Well versed with Retail and Commercial Leasing, RFPs, Business Planning, Lease Structuring & Admin & Sales Presentations
