Role : Associate Director/Director Learning & Development (OD)
Role & Responsibilities : -
L&D Strategy :
- Understand the organisations business strategy , growth plans and develop the L&D strategy aligning to the business plan.
- Partner with business units in developing annual strategies and L&D plans relevant and applicable to the business globally.
- Senior stakeholder management, like top executives in the business units; with a focus to display business impact made possible by learning & development.
- Managing L&D budgets and annual plans.
Learning Culture :
- Developing strategies and initiatives to ensure the organisation learning culture is propagated and becomes mainstream way of life for the employees.
- Governance with BUs in ensuring alignment with learning culture and focus.
- Partnering with HR stakeholders in coming up with strategies and initiatives to create learning environment that encourages employees to take control of their learning needs and aspirations.
- Developing learning KPIs as part of performance management system.
Workforce Upskilling & Planning :
- Based on business requirements and in consultation with people leaders and business leaders, developing strategies and initiatives to upskill and cross skill employees.
- Working with Business Units in quick scaling up of skills based on business demand.
- Implementing a focused strategy in areas of Reskilling / upskilling the workforce in the emerging and digital capabilities to increase internal fulfilment rates and focus on time-to-productivity and competence.
- Leveraging learning analytics and skip gap analytics to identify the key interventions needed
- Future proofing talent based on shifting needs in business and industry the organisation.
L&D Eco System :
- Manage L&D eco system internally within the organisations and with external stakeholders/partners.
- Continuous improvement of people, process, technologies and tools needed in L&D.
- Managing partnerships in L&D space with external provider.
- Identifying new trends in market for applicability within the organisation and implementing the identified and approved tools / technologies / products / systems.
- Ensure highest and best employee (user) experience.
- Develop and manage appropriate learning KPIs / measurements and analytics.
Job Location : Delhi NCR/ Bangalore
- Work experience required : 12+ Years of experience in OD/ L&D preferably with a unicorn or should have seen scale.
