Job Summary: As the Learning & Development Director at IT Product Company you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and growth of our employees. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with our organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your leadership will drive employee engagement, improve performance, and contribute to our long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learning Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and objectives.

2. Program Design: Design and deliver innovative, effective, and scalable learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical training, and soft skills development.

3. Leadership Development: Create and lead initiatives to identify, nurture, and develop leadership talent within the organization.

4. Needs Assessment: Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge and develop targeted learning solutions.

5. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and up-to-date training content, including e-learning modules, workshops, and courses.

6. Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and adjust programs accordingly.

7. Budget Management: Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that deliver results.

8. Learning Technologies: Stay current with emerging learning technologies and tools to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training programs.

9. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external training providers and manage vendor contracts and partnerships.

10. Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as industry standards.

11. Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of learning and development within the organization, promoting employee engagement and career growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and budgets.

- Proficiency in learning management systems and other learning technologies.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Knowledge of the technology industry is a plus.
