- Design and driving an organization wide learning intervention on equipping employees to cultivate mindfulness at work
- Design and anchor diverse capability development interventions for businesses such as becoming future-ready to developing storytelling skills for managers
- Formulate and drive the end to end learning agenda
- Responsible for planning and managing the learning budget
- Responsible for diagnosing capability gaps among frontline Sales person
- Designing Sales capability framework
