Job Description:
- Assess the learning and development needs of the organization by conducting a needs analysis to determine the learning requirements to fulfill the goals and objectives of the enterprise. Partnering with leadership in each program, identify needs and develop and/or source curriculum/courses to address the needs across the organization.
- Provide in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge/experience in key areas of leadership assessment/development and organizational development, high potential leadership programs, leadership assessments, performance & competency management, succession planning, workforce planning and analytics, change management and strategic planning.
- Manage all aspects of training, to include supervision of ongoing training programs, development of future training programs, and training consultation for leadership, reporting and maintenance of training records.
- Possesses strong facilitation skills and working knowledge of all products and services in order to effectively provide training programs and opportunities for all levels of employees.
