Director Learning & Development - Consulting
- As a Director L&D you will be responsible for planning and executing on the organization's overall L&D strategy for leaders as well as employees.
- Introducing new L&D programs on an ongoing basis to support changing strategic objectives.
- Brings in the best of market trends and innovative mindset to make learning as a differentiator and innate to the culture.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to design and develop training content.
- Manage the budget for learning and development initiatives and Learning Management systems.
- Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
Basic Qualification:
- Be an MBA / any graduate with Experience in Learning & Development CoEs
- Experience in LnD, content creation, facilitation, Technology learning, share services learning approach.
