Location : Mumbai, India

Role Summary :

- An MNC Adtect Company is looking for a proven leader in the learning & development space who would lead a legacy team to support leaders & stakeholders across the company to train & develop highly skilled employees who would go on to grow the companies business globally.

- This L & D team would look for holistic direction & thought & execution leadership from this leader to own a world class L & D function that is high in impact & response to evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Adopt a close & consultative approach with business leaders across Business & Technology teams to build, manage & deliver a diverse bouquet of high impact, end to end L & D programs and offerings.

- Identify learning/business gaps/problems and their causes, both for ongoing training and new initiatives.

- Take ownership for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of L & D projects ensuring complete support to required enterprise capabilities/skill needs.

- Continually look to innovate the L & D initiatives/offerings/programs by keeping informed of industry updates & best practices, hence ensuring high quality, consistent, sustainable and innovative approaches for delivering these programs in an agile, rapidly growing and changing organization.

- Develop and experiment with these innovative learning solutions that compound the delivered impact for learners & delight internal customers.

- Establish an impact-oriented approach to Learning & Development in your team, building analytical tools that measure this impact in the post training delivery phase to eliminate learning gaps, ensuring its effectiveness and impact.

- Identify, develop & partner with learning champions across business & tech teams to efficiently deliver on business strategy via L & D initiatives & planning, thereby leading learning projects that require significant insider knowledge of the business, ingenuity and ideation to deploy.

- Manage effectively the logistical & administrative handling of deployment of all L & D programs.

- Communicate consistently & guide access to learning programs; ensuring key stakeholder understanding of their investment and impact. Create a communication strategy to keep all stakeholders informed in a consistent and timely manner of the programs, their time requirements & proposed outcomes.

- Glean post training delivery insights and data to envision the capability development needs of the future.

- Continually build, execute, and refine process frameworks to facilitate continuous growth and improvement.

What skills and experience do you need?

- 10+ years of proven experience in delivering high impact, business enabling L & D / Training programs.

- Ability to apply proven & sustainable learning principles, agile methods, learning technology and program management skills together in the design, development, and maintenance of learning programs.

- Robust coaching abilities, deep consultative approach, effective facilitation capabilities, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders in a global, highly matrixed environment.

- Design, systems & impact-based thinking; ability to identify patterns and trends in data, world class content development & collaboration abilities to enable you to drive flawless program design and delivery.

- Ability to demonstrate & uphold a strong executive presence that effectively influences & guides, deep business acumen and critical thinking skills at all levels.

- Strong written and oral communication skills limited not just to written & spoken accuracy but also to perfect articulation & ability to get the desired points across effectively.

- Strong initiative and drive for results.

- High credibility and stakeholder management skills

- Project management/organization skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

- Analytical skills to be able to evaluate training programs, methods, and materials; gather insights and choose the best learning solution that best fit each situation.

- Creative problem solving owing to your natural curiosity & passion for your work.

- Comfortable working with a variety of systems, from MS Office, to HR and learning systems; adept at organizing and presenting data; experience working with corporate-scale learning management systems.

- Can successfully work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities across multiple stakeholders & business units.
