We have the foll requirement in Mumbai for Director - Learning & Development.
MBA HR with 10-12 years experience in Digital Learning and LMS - Learning Management Systems
Role is as follows :
- Demonstrates ability/ knowledge related to sales and marketing domain with a keen interest to provide capability development in the same.
- Agile learner. Quickly learns the nuances of the media domain and industry and translates the learnings into capability development offerings across the organisation
- Works closely with Business HR and relevant stakeholders from business to develop, design and coordinate all technical/ functional academy Programmes and Processes
- Manages contracting, content creation and delivery process with external partners of learning and development
- Works with e platforms and LMS to ensure reach and prompt execution of learning
- Facilitates/ Delivers learning interventions
- Understands and builds the techno-functional competency framework
- Manages and tracks invoicing and budgeting
- Continuously Works towards efficiencies with keen eye on innovation
- Guide and assist each department in developing quality introductory and ongoing departmental training plans and learning activities; maintain active follow up through on going coaching, guidance and support
- Initiate relationships and partnerships with industry associations, external training companies and academic counsels related to the media industry
- Must be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure
