Exp : 12+ years

- This is a leadership role and looking for candidates from Product based companies or Captives.

- Responsible for helping to drive strategy and initiatives to transform ServiceNow into an enterprise platform

- Min 12+ years of hands-on technical management of the ServiceNow platform with experience in ITSM, ITOM, GRC/IRM and Nuvolo.

- Atleast 8 year of hands-on technical management of the Power BI platform with experience in Data Warehouse, API integration and data quality services.

- Extensive experience on Microsoft technologies specifically pertaining to the Azure tech stack and PowerApps.

- Hands-on experience with introducing Digital transformation practices, DevOps, Automation, and Innovation initiatives.

- Define, measure, and monitor the ServiceNow services, continuously innovate to provide seamless and modern experience

- Partner with the entire IS leadership team to bring in the best of DevOps, SRE, and Engineering best practices to transform architectures, projects, policies, and culture.

- Lead product focused, scrum teams. Design and develop solutions to complex use-cases and issues. Serve as a technical expert on the design and architecture.

- Detailed working knowledge and experience delivering software applications using Agile software development methodologies.
