The role will be a key member of the Managing Director's Strategy team and will work closely with the MD in scaling up the organization's leadership talent.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Managing Director in profiling the leadership requirements in line with the organization's growth strategy.
- Research and evaluate the talent market to identify best-in-class leadership talent for the organisation; research will include industry mapping, company research, social media research and job board search to name a few.
- Responsible to source and build a strong pipeline of leadership talent based on company's growth plans.
- Engage with prospective candidates to explore interest and suitability.
- Evaluate candidates over phone / in-person and provide candidate assessment reports along with comments and recommendations.
- Design, discuss and negotiate compensation package with shortlisted candidates
Requirements:
- Full time MBA in HR from a tier-1 or tier-2 institute.
- 8+ years- experience in hiring for strategic and leadership positions.
- Proven experience developing and executing strategies designed to improve employee morale.
- Should have the ability to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and influencing skills.
- Flexible in role definitions/responsibilities and willing to go the extra mile as needed to produce effective results as expected from this role.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
