As the Head of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies tailored to the payment gateway sector. Your role will focus on driving high-quality leads, enhancing brand awareness, and optimizing the customer journey from awareness to conversion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing initiatives align with business goals and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy Development: Create and implement a robust demand generation strategy that drives lead acquisition and revenue growth in the payment gateway market.

- Performance Marketing: Lead and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media tailored for fintech and e-commerce audiences.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the payment solutions landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.

- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to align marketing strategies with customer feedback and product offerings.

- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.

- Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of driving measurable results through digital marketing channels and techniques.

- Strong expertise in analytics tools and marketing automation platforms, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
