Director - L&D/Diversity
- The position will be responsible for supporting in initiating, driving & execution of the Learning and development initiatives.
- Providing stakeholders with relevant data and analysis to determine the effectiveness of learning and development programs on achieving business outcomes
- Managing the implementation of major talent initiatives, large-scale leadership development and training programs.
- Effectively establish and sustain key relationships with business stakeholders.
- Managing the Learning and Development Budget in collaboration with the management.
- Preferred experience of working with Management Consulting Companies.
- Experienced in coaching employees and identifying development needs.
- Prior experience in setting up Learning and Development academy within a fast paced organisation.
- Opportunity to work closely with the top management leaders.
