Job Description -
- Full life cycle experience of running or being part of a complex strategic deal pursuit involving multiple service lines and some element of system, business/operational model or commercial transformation
- Good understanding of outsourcing, multi service line deals, project management and strong leadership skills
- Experience of conducting assessments, due diligence and other advisory services
- Prior experience of working in a consulting capacity with customers
- Strong financial acumen and experience of creating commercial models and business cases
- Expert knowledge and experience in designing and delivering large, complex IT and Ops transformation and change projects in outsourcing/offshoring industry
- Highly developed project, risk management, business analysis, change management and problem solving skills.
- Stakeholder management, shaping of roadmaps and direction setting together -
- Experienced working collaboratively with multi- functional multi-service line team and internal key stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of one of Retail, Utilities, Manufacturing or BFSI industry will be beneficial
- Results oriented, organised, highly motivated and detail-oriented with a high level of energy/high sense of urgency
Desired Profile -
- Front ending large deal pursuit with the customer and internally
- Work with sales or independently to create large deals pipeline through advisory and disruptive propositions
- Conduct various advisory engagements like assessments etc.
- Develop new disruptive strategies based on company's strength and industry needs
- Lead and own integrated transformation plan, and risks and mitigation strategy during the pursuit
- Guide development of stream-wise transformation plans, including estimates
- Ensure alignment of our strategy, with our solution from a technology, business and cost fitment
- Ensure that all stream-wise transformation plans are consistent and integrated with the overall program plan.
- Work with the customer team to gain acceptance of the transformation plans and jointly develop acceptance and service readiness criteria
- Create and own the customer business case and drive the business case discussions with the customer
- Identify, assess and enlist the commitment of internal, customer and 3rd party resources required to implement the transformation according to plan
- Provide leadership to ensure competitive estimates on our efforts/heads, third party and technology requirements
- Act as coach to advise and assist consultants, analysts, and other teams working on a pursuit so as to drive towards a common objective
- Create an IT architecture strategy and plan aligned with customer business goals
- Creation of framework and approaches which can act as a differentiator
- Discuss & provide inputs to Deal Lead and team towards Win Themes, SWOT, Win/Loss Analysis, etc
- Participate & lead technical due diligence exercises
