Job Summary:
Lead the Knowledge Management function, providing capabilities and solutions to stakeholders across Tax, Audit, and Advisory. Oversee the operations and delivery of knowledge management services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative Knowledge Management (KM) solutions for client service teams.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish a KM strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing through various awareness initiatives and campaigns.
- Define metrics aligned with the KM strategy; regularly measure and communicate knowledge-sharing successes to the strategic leadership team.
- Lead a team of skilled content managers, graphic designers, and SharePoint developers to execute the knowledge agenda.
- Act as a mentor and coach to the team, fostering professional development and motivation.
- Oversee the effective hiring, onboarding, management, development, and retention of team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees (Master's or higher) in Knowledge Management, Information Management, or a related discipline.
Skills and Competencies:
- Experience in Knowledge Management or a related role, preferably within a professional services organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and quick to learn with a proactive approach.
