Director - Knowledge Management - Consulting

Roles and Responsibilities:

Define the Knowledge Management Program.

- Shoulder detail interactions with senior stakeholders to develop a knowledge vision for the organization. This involved interaction with levels of management to understand requirements and define the core expectations for knowledge management engagement.

- Design the knowledge sharing framework for the company which includes content tracking, content on boarding, taxonomy development, sanitization, content library management, portal management and periodic metrics for monitoring.

- Define content strategy, portal strategy and operations streamline strategy to develop a cross-industry knowledge sharing platform for professional services organization.

- Develop an ecosystem of knowledge sharing in the organization. Spearhead cultural change within professional services to help it transform into a constant learning organization.

- Devise custom knowledge sharing solutions for Advisory, Tax and Audit Services.

- Design processes and systems to represent explicit knowledge to bring about immediate value addition to the organization and working closely with top management to identify knowledge gaps and develop methods to harness it for organizational growth.

- Sole responsibility to raise quality standards of the knowledge lifecycle in the organization. This includes identification of need through consultation with higher management, identification of solution, development of solution, implementation and its adoption at every level of the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

- MBA/Post Graduate with minimum 15 years (post qualification) of strong & relevant experience in Knowledge Management and related fields.

- Must have worked in a Consulting Firm for at least last 5 years in a leadership role in Knowledge Management.

- Should have experience of leading and managing teams.
