Key Accounts Director - APAC
The key accounts director develops and owns the strategic account plan to increase customer footprint for compensation /HR technology solutions. S/he is responsible for driving customer acquisition in the APAC region through partnerships and direct channels.
This position is well scoped and offers excellent compensation & flexibility/Remote working options
An ideal candidate should have :
- 8+ years- experience in enterprise technology sales
- Expertise with high touch customer engagement models
- Exposure to HR technology products and APAC region are preferable
- MBA from a premier B school
- Sales Professional with 12-17 years of experience in IT, SaaS
- Sales, Strategic Deals, Channel Sales, Strategic Partner Alliance, Business Development & Key Accounts, Pre-Sales, Marketing & client Servicing in Enterprise and SME segment at National & International Level.
- Highly skilled in SaaS solutions & Enterprise Software Products (Cloud Based Hosted Exchange, Lync, SharePoint, Enterprise Hosting, Storage, Desktop Backup Solutions, Private & Public Cloud On Linux Enterprise Messaging, HRMS, CRM, DMS Enterprise Voice UC, BES on Mail, Mobile SDK) Proficient in Managing & Developing Partners, App developers, Hosting Partners, SI & Channels Networks for SaaS products and Services.
- Reseller Online Portal Development & New Product Launch & Road Map.
- An impressive communicator with honed interpersonal, team building, negotiation, presentations, convincing And analytical skills.
- Excellent CXO Relationships with Customers & Partners in National Level.
- Team Building across different geography of India.
- Proven capability of working in a competitive work environment and always worked in driving teams meeting stiff sales challenges.
