Role : Director - Key Account Management (Facilities Industries)
Location - Delhi NCR
Qualifications : MBA+ Engineer (Engineer is a MUST)
KRA :
- Manage & Build a Team of Key Account Managers & Facility Specialists & manage Large Value Accounts in the Country for the Organisation.
- Implements real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals. Assists with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones.
- Concurrently acts as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent and effectively facilitates the negotiation of business terms and conditions for a wide variety of commercial real estate product including office/commercial & retail
- Assists with project initiation and scope definition, including identification of client's needs, goals, objectives, constraints, timing budget.
- Facilitates client review and approval of proposed team resources for the completion of transactions.
- Responsible for overseeing a large variety of analyses and all relevant documents, including but not limited to: project initiation, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, and broker's opinions of value.
- Works closely with client's Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure integration between the service lines.
- Administers quality assurance program, tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and customer satisfaction surveys.
Education & Qualification :-
- BE+MBA with Min 14+yrs experience into Facilities Management & should have some exposure or working with Hospitality Industry.
- A Team Leader
- Ability to Manage High Value Clients & Deals.
