Responsibilities:
- This role is required to retain, develop and grow revenues from existing clients in India.
- The person will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them through a team of Key Account Managers.
- You are also responsible for building relationships with new clients, convert these into key accounts and then mine them for productivity.
- Must be able to network and develop relationship with key decision makers (CIO, CRO, Business & Product Heads) in respective accounts.
- Responsible for driving the KAM's to farm existing accounts, building pipeline, and book revenues from given segment & market.
- Understand customer requirement and technical conditions in detail and appraise & educate on giving the right solution customized for the requirement.
Skills Required:
- An ideal candidate would have about 8 to 12 years of relevant experience with demonstrated success preferably in product - based IT or SaaS companies, Banking and Financial Services Industry or Fin-Tech companies.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Business Development or Account Management with a minimum of 5 Years of KAM experience in the BFSI Industry.

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Strong people management and coaching skills, Market intelligence and business planning
- Flexible in travelling across India
