Job Description : This role will be accountable for end-to-end management of IT services for all enabling functions, medical affairs and product and portfolio strategy at a global level

- One of the leading pharmaceutical MNCs focused on driving their global business and operations through technology and innovations

Description :

- Develop and deliver road maps and strategy for related capabilities and services for the said functions

- Act as point of contact and manage escalations for all projects, services and operations at the base location

- Manage and monitor budgets and forecasts

- Maximise scope and value delivery as well as maintain consistency for all processes and services

- Enable all activities regarding resources required for the team functioning

- Accountable for compliance, GxP and other quality and service activities in line with the organisation's policies

- Jointly responsible with the lead for the sustainability of the centre

- Identify and use opportunities for technological advancements, new initiatives and innovation

- Effective stakeholder and vendor management

Profile :

- 15 years of experience in global leadership roles in any industry

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Prior experience in handling large teams and global exposure

- Prior experience in in-house IT centres of MNCs (highly preferred)
