Job Description :

- Role holder will be responsible for creating and executing web and mobile test strategy.

- Role holder will be responsible for managing scrum teams for product development and must ensure successful release activities.

The client is a US based health care organisation.

Description :

- Work with business and app development team to understand product vision and requirements

- User Stories allocation and resource allocation

- Reviewing project plans and suggestions

- Auditing quality standards

- Monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders

- Research, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art technology as applicable to business needs

- Develop and drive test strategy, test processes, test plans, test capabilities, standards and tooling.

- Drive execution of test plans, monitoring and reporting on test execution and quality metrics

Profile :

- 12+ years of experience in test automation and DB testing- functional, performance, integration, security and more

- Strong experience in creating test strategy and executing on this strategy (web and mobile)

- Strong experience with testing in an Agile development methodology set up

- Experience in developing, executing, and monitoring automation test suites using Appium and Coded UI.

- Experience with contemporary CICD, release management, observability and test tools (web and mobile, front end and back end) like Jenkins, Selenium, jMeter, Locust.io, EKS, JIRA, Zephyr, Grafana, ELK and more would be an advantage

- Health care domain experience including the latest health care standards like FHIR (preferred)
