Director - IT Consulting & Account Delivery

Location: Hyderabad, India

Key Responsibilities

Strategic -

- Develop a prioritized multi-year roadmap to build an integrated best-in class, automated, centralized, governed, and reliable, cloud first, enterprise platform that delivers customer value and solutions. Determine the investments necessary in terms of people and technology to achieve these objectives.

- Define and implement policies, processes, and procedures for the governance and management of technical delivery.

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external relevant partners to advance Enterprise Services capabilities and leadership position in healthcare and technology.

- Participate in strategic planning and development in conjunction with other senior leaders.

Leadership -

- Attract, retain, and develop world class engineering having good experience in US Healthcare background predominantly in Provider space.

Professional Experience/ Qualifications

- Bachelor's in engineering / MBA

- 15 plus years of experience in technology and engineering with delivery and account leadership

- Leading technical delivery and teams in the consulting space is required.

- Experience healthcare provider/Payer space is required.

Global delivery expertise and maturity to handle regional and global stakeholders across the hierarchy.
