Position Overview:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Director of IT Audit to lead and deliver audit services across multiple business and technology functions.

- In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance controls, identify risks, and ensure the effectiveness of security frameworks within the organization.

- You will be responsible for guiding a talented team, managing global audit initiatives, and delivering valuable insights to strengthen business operations and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Execute Audits:

- Direct and manage complex audits, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and risk management strategies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across global locations to define and prioritize audit scope.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Mentor and guide a team of auditors, offering feedback and support to ensure successful audit execution.

- Encourage continuous learning and professional growth.

Risk Management & Reporting:

- Assess and evaluate the adequacy of controls, risk management practices, and compliance processes.

- Report on audit findings and provide recommendations to improve risk mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Foster relationships with key business and technology leaders to ensure audit priorities align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.

Continuous Improvement:

- Drive innovative approaches in audit practices, including automation and data-driven methodologies, to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.

Desired Experience & Skills:

- Extensive Audit Experience: Over 15 years of experience in internal audit, with a focus on IT audits in financial services or related industries.

- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS), DevSecOps, databases, SaaS security, and cyber/information security controls.

Professional Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, GIAC, CIA, or CPA are preferred.

- Strong Communication: Ability to communicate audit findings and value propositions clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

- Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of successfully managing multiple audits, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

- Strategic Vision & Execution: Ability to define and execute a clear audit strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
