Director - IT Advisory & Risk Consulting - Big4

Position: Director - IT Advisory & Risk Consulting with one of the Big 4s in Gurgaon

Role & Responsibilities:

- Delivery: To champion technical expertise and provide robust services on IT governance, IT security, Cyber security, third party security reviews, Business Continuity and Data privacy.

- Client: To develop clients across verticals in the areas of competence (IT governance, IT security, Cyber security, Business Continuity and Data privacy) in North region. This will be one of the core responsibility and individual will have to develop new client relationships and lead key client relationships

- Knowledge Sharing: To keep up to date with global, national and regional developments in their specialism / industry.

- Leading and Developing People: To contribute to identification, development and management of talent in the firm. To apply best practice in applying their area of expertise across the business through well developed internal networks.

- Business Development: To utilize exceptional understanding of own technical area to grow the firm's services. To identify new business for the firm and project oneself as an ambassador of the Firm.

The Individual:

- Overall experience 10-15 years; eight to nine years of relevant experience (project sales, pre-sales, delivery, bid and proposal management)

- Business development and people management responsibilities is a must

- Good Academic credentials: Xth, XIIth > 75%; College %ages/CGPA > 70%

- Certifications: PMP (preferred), CISA, CISM, CRISC

- Should have good communications skills (both written and spoken)

Qualification:

- Masters degree in Business Administration from a reputed college

- Bachelors of Engineering/ Bachelors of Technology/ Competent IT graduation program
