About our Client - Our client is a leading global MNC Bank employing a little over a quarter million people. They have been market leaders across Investment banking, wholesale & corporate banking in most of the global financial centers. In India, they have been setting Industry benchmarks of service levels and innovations in their various COEs in their captive centers for the last decade. As part of their Investment Banking Operations unit, they seek an exceptional Mid Office leader for their Mumbai site.

Job Description - As Director for Middle Office, you will report to the Managing Director for Investment Banking and will be responsible for a team size of 400+ FTEs across multiple locations. Additionally, your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing the entire end to end mid office life cycle teams and processes across various teams including trade support, credit, etc.

- Strategy:

- Ensuring that through global committee involvement and progressive centers, the India office is at the forefront of mid office practices.

- Driving a culture and environment of risk mitigation

- Driving & delivering organization wide projects & programs

- Working closely with global stakeholders - Front office and Mid office counterparts

- Responsible for driving recruitment, talent management, performance & rewards for the mid office support team.

The Successful Candidate - You will have at least 15+ years of experience across mid office Investment Banking operations with leading MNC Banks and their captives. International experience would be highly preferred. You will have a CA/MBA/Equivalent from a reputed business school. You will have exceptional team management & communication skills as well as proven experience in delivering and driving multiple projects simultaneously.
