About our Client - Our client is a globally recognized Investment bank with a strong international footprint. Due to expansion activities within their captive in the APAC region and beyond, there is now a requirement for an International Tax Director to support the tax function in Delhi NCR taking care of the global tax business.

Job Description - Reporting to Managing Director, you will be responsible for the effective running of a global based direct and indirect tax compliance and planning function, as well as the tax reporting for the group across the globe. You will also ensure that all entities of the operation comply with the relevant tax obligations, while simultaneously optimising tax costs. Contribution to the groups global tax initiatives and processes will also be sought, as will the expectation that the successful candidate will provide high quality tax advice to the business throughout onshore clientèle.

The Successful Candidate - With at least 10 years post qualification tax exposure, you will have accumulated expertise in both international and Asian tax. While shared service experience would be valued, those from an Investment Banking background will be a absolute priority. Audit background with banking experience will also be considered. The candidate needs to be a proactive individual with strong influencing and communication skills, and the desire to remain up to date with ever changing tax issues.
